In the week of 21 - 24 May 2007, the annual meetings of the Security Representatives and the Computing Representatives took place at ECMWF.
The Computing Representatives' Meeting provides a forum where views and
experiences are exchanged between ECMWF and the Member States and
Co-operating States, and was attended by 30 delegates. Recent changes
and future development of ECMWF's computing service were discussed, as
well as developments in the computing facilities in the delegates'
organizations.
24 participants attended the Security Representatives' Meeting and
discussed various aspects of computer security. Technical issues were
addressed as well as the management of security (Security Policy,
Quality Management etc).
